Entrance to Hideaway Lodge is strictly by booking or appointment only.
Guests are to remove all boats from the water at night.
Valuables must be kept locked at all times. Any incidence of theft must be reported to management as soon as possible.
No pets or animals are allowed to be brought onto our premises.
Parents are asked to ensure that children are supervised when near the lake and swimming pool as they are not protected. There have been sitings of a crocodile near the lake so please exercise caution when fishing from the bank.
Guests are asked to bring their own smart card and decoder if they wish to make use of the television and DSTV facilities provided.
The kitchen staff prepare and serve meals at specified times. Please adhere to these times.
In order to preserve the peaceful lodge settings we ask guests to ensure that no loud music is played on the premises, unless specifically for a prearranged function.
During functions the lodge closes at 2am. At this time music is to be turned off and all guests are to leave except those who are booked to stay overnight.
Guests occupying the self-catering units are not allowed to use the main kitchen and main gazebo/bar area. These are strictly for use by guests in the main river lodges.
